CSRA-AHU's Strategic Plan
1. A significant percentage of licensed agents, brokers, consultants and industry-related
professionals will be CSRA-AHU Members.
1.1 Vitalize CSRA-AHU
1.2 Develop membership kits for all members and industry related partners.
1.3 Train Leaders in reasons
to belong by developing highlight sheets.
1.4 Develop and implement membership campaigns.
1.5 Develop Media relations that will bring attention to CSRA-AHU
2. CSRA-AHU will exceed its members' expectations.
2.1 Determine
members' expectations.
A. Conduct surveys of members' desires.
B. Develop a plan to meet members' desires.
2.2 Engage more members in association activity.
2.3 Enhance communications. Quicker, Targeted, Focused
2.4 Demonstrate the value of membership in all things.
3. CSRA-AHU will be known
as a leader in industry and public policy.
3.1 Increase CSRA-AHU Input into regulatory issues.
3.2 Increase CSRA-AHU support of state legislative issues.
3.3 Inform and encourage members to become financially involved in the political process through HUPAC and the GAHU
PAC.
4. CSRA-AHU will become actively involved
on the state and national level of NAHU
4.1 Increase awareness of value to members to be involved at all levels.
4.2 Provide
incentives to attend functions outside the city.
